
應用有限元分析軟件ANSYS,對通徑為DN80的LNG船用超低溫截止閥低溫試驗狀態進行了瞬態降溫過程中溫度的模擬與熱力分析。分別對填料函溫度以及閥門其他部分溫度進行詳細的研究分析,從而判定所設計的閥門閥頸長度是否合理,以及達到穩定狀態時所需要的時間,并提出了一些建議。為超低溫截止閥的結構設計提供了理論指導。
Numerical simulation and thermal analysis were carried out on the cryogenic valve used in LNG carrier to analyze the transient temperature field in the cooling process under cryogenic tests, with the help of the definite element analysis software. The temperatures of the stuffing box as well as other parts of the valve were studied respectively, which was to determine whether the design of the valve neck length is reasonable, and improvement measures were proposed. The result also provides theoretical guide the designation of the cryogenic valve.
